Cancellation Policy
To ensure efficient scheduling and accommodate unexpected situations, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made at least one day before the appointment will receive a full refund, while cancellations within 24 hours will receive a 50% refund as a courtesy. Please note that refunds are not applicable for no-shows. We value your business and appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
